This Payment Policy explains the payment methods, payment processing, order confirmation, failed or duplicate transactions, refunds and payment-related responsibilities applicable to purchases made through Asviya.com. By placing an order and making a payment on Asviya.com, the customer agrees to this Payment Policy together with the other applicable website policies.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Asviya.com may accept online payments through payment methods made available at checkout, which may include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets and other payment methods supported by the authorised payment gateway from time to time.
The availability of a particular payment method may depend on the payment gateway, issuing bank, customer's location, transaction value, product category or other technical and operational factors.
2. Payment Gateway
Online payments on Asviya.com may be processed through Razorpay and/or other authorised payment service providers enabled by Anuyan Multiservices Private Limited. Payment transactions are subject to the terms, security checks, processing rules and availability of the relevant bank, card network, UPI service, payment gateway or financial institution.
Asviya.com does not require customers to disclose confidential banking credentials such as card PINs, UPI PINs, OTPs or internet-banking passwords to Asviya personnel.
3. Order Confirmation After Payment
For prepaid orders, an order will ordinarily be treated as successfully placed or confirmed only after Asviya.com receives successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway/payment service provider and the order is accepted by the website.
A debit from the customer's bank account by itself does not necessarily constitute final order confirmation if the payment gateway reports the transaction as pending, failed or unsuccessful. Customers should verify the order status shown on Asviya.com and any order-confirmation communication received from us.
4. Pricing, Taxes and Charges
The amount payable by the customer will be displayed during checkout before payment is initiated. Product prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, convenience charges or other applicable charges, if any, will be displayed or calculated in accordance with the information available on the website and applicable law.
Customers are requested to review the final payable amount before authorising a transaction.
5. Payment Authorisation and Verification
All online payments may be subject to authorisation and verification by the customer's bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment gateway and/or other financial institution.
Asviya.com or its payment partners may decline, hold or flag a transaction where payment authorisation fails, information is incomplete, there is a suspected security concern, or the transaction is identified for additional verification. Such measures are intended to protect customers and the platform from unauthorised or fraudulent transactions.
6. Failed, Pending or Interrupted Payments
A payment may fail or remain pending because of network interruption, bank downtime, payment-gateway issues, insufficient funds, authentication failure, transaction limits or other technical reasons.
If a payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, customers are advised not to make repeated payments immediately unless the transaction status is clearly shown as failed. In many cases, unsuccessful transactions are automatically reversed by the customer's bank or payment provider according to their applicable processing timelines.
If the amount is not reversed within the normal banking timeline, the customer may contact Asviya customer support with the order reference, transaction ID, payment date, amount and other relevant details so that the transaction can be checked.
7. Duplicate Payments
If a customer is charged more than once for the same confirmed order and the duplicate transaction is verified, the excess eligible payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
The customer should report a suspected duplicate charge to Asviya customer support with the relevant transaction references so that the matter can be verified with the payment gateway.
8. Refund of Online Payments
Refunds for cancelled, returned, damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise eligible orders will be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on Asviya.com.
Where a refund is approved, Asviya will initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method. Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval or, where a product is returned, after receipt and verification of the returned product, as applicable.
After initiation by Asviya/payment gateway, the time required for the amount to reflect in the customer's bank account, card, UPI account or other payment instrument may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
9. Cash on Delivery (If Available)
Cash on Delivery (COD), if offered for a particular order, product or delivery location, will be displayed as an available option during checkout. COD availability may depend on serviceability, order value, product category, logistics partner policies and operational considerations.
Asviya reserves the right to restrict or disable COD for certain orders or locations where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
10. Payment Security
Asviya.com endeavours to use established payment service providers and reasonable technical measures for secure transaction processing. Payment information entered on a payment gateway may be processed directly by the relevant authorised payment service provider in accordance with its security and privacy practices.
Customers should make payments only through the official checkout process on Asviya.com and should not transfer money to unknown personal accounts, QR codes or payment links claiming to represent Asviya unless such payment method is officially displayed or communicated through an authorised Asviya channel.
11. Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and the business, Asviya may review transactions that appear unusual, inconsistent or potentially unauthorised. An order may be placed on hold or cancelled where there is a reasonable payment-security or fraud concern.
Where a prepaid order is cancelled by Asviya after successful receipt of payment, the eligible amount will be refunded in accordance with the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Currency
Unless otherwise expressly stated on Asviya.com, transactions on the website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Customers using cards or payment instruments linked to accounts in another currency may be subject to conversion rates or charges imposed independently by their bank or payment provider.
13. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers who believe a transaction is incorrect or unauthorised should contact Asviya customer support promptly and may also contact their bank or payment provider as appropriate.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, Asviya may provide relevant order, payment, delivery and communication records to the payment gateway, bank or other authorised party for legitimate dispute-resolution purposes, subject to applicable law and privacy requirements.
14. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and payment-related information and for ensuring that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Customers must keep OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, CVVs, passwords and other authentication credentials confidential. Asviya representatives will not ask customers to disclose such confidential credentials for processing an order or refund.
15. Contact for Payment-Related Issues
For payment-related assistance, customers may contact the customer-support details published on Asviya.com. To help us investigate efficiently, customers should provide the order number, transaction/reference ID, payment amount, date of payment and a brief description of the issue.
Customers should never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs or other confidential authentication credentials to customer support.
16. Changes to This Payment Policy
Anuyan Multiservices Private Limited may update this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect changes in payment methods, payment-gateway arrangements, operational practices, applicable law or regulatory requirements.
The latest version published on Asviya.com will apply from its stated effective date, subject to applicable law.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Payment Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any mandatory jurisdiction available to consumers, disputes relating to payments or transactions on Asviya.com shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts and forums at Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
Nothing in this clause is intended to restrict any mandatory consumer right or remedy available under applicable law.
Important: Before final publication, insert the official customer-care email/phone and any company details required on Asviya.com. The final policy should be reviewed by the company's legal/compliance adviser to ensure alignment with current business practices and applicable law.
